The Dashboard displays all the child's digital gifts, such as the letter, certificate, audio message, personalized video, and every new memory unlocked during the production.
Are all videos the same
No. Each video is created exclusively for the specific child. Santa Claus refers to them personally, making each experience unique.
What is the difference between a letter, a certificate, and a video
The letter is Santa's personal message, the certificate rewards the child for the past year, and the video is a live, personalized experience where Santa addresses them exclusively.
What is a Certificate of Good Conduct
It's a personalized certificate awarded by Santa Claus in recognition of the child's effort and kindness throughout the year.
When will I receive my order
Digital products are delivered once their production is complete, while for print orders you can track their progress and shipment through your personal Dashboard.
